Le Fil has 5 years of experience in consulting for regional, national and multinational companies, so they can plan and execute communication strategies developed for the online world.
We are one of the first companies in the North-Northeast to be a member of WOMMA – Word of Mouth Marketing Association, international organ and author of the Ethical Code of Conduct that defines ground rules, best and unnaceptable practices for word of mouth marketering.
The members of Le Fil’s executive body are professionals from many fields – such as journalism, advertising, engineering, administration and economics. They have plenty experience in consulting for small, medium and large businesses, whether they are public, private or nonprofit organizations, providing advice for business management, business communication, environmental management, transports and engineering, political sciences, political economy of communication, agro-industrial economy and economic regulation. The journalists also have worked in the most important off-line and online media outlets in Northeast and Brazil.
Le Fil’s organizational structure is formed by a multidisciplinary Advisory Council, that has worked in the main capitals of Brazil and through two operating segments:
(1) Social Network Environment Intelligence (IARS):
Team composed by professionals with expertise on using tools that capture information from social media; creating indicators to understand online users’ perception of the brand and to develop market analysis, online presence diagnostics, case studies and other ad hoc studies. This team’s professionals have the ability to undertand our client’s industry and identify opportunities and solutions for our client’s businesses. They also provide valuable data, enabling the company to evaluate the success of the adopted online decisions and initiatives.
(2) Social Network Project Management (GPRS):
Team composed by professionals experienced in designing, planning, structuring, controlling and following-up projects on social networks. This team is responsible for our clients’ day to day.
These professionals have leadership capacity, know how to work as a team, to take decisions and to handle big companies as clients. It is a team that has experience on project management, knowledge about the client’s market, social networks, Social CRM and Social Commerce.
